How To Create This Gorgeous Grey French Manicure + More Nail Ideas

Fancy a killer new nail look? This gorgeous grey French manicure is just the thing.

It’s chic, stylish, subtle and yet, a touch bold. Better still, it’s quick and incredibly easy.

Simply apply a base coat in a light pink or nude shade. Then apply a half moon in one shade of grey and then a second slightly further down the nail bed.

According to Madeline Poole, Global Colour Ambassador for Sally Hansen, the trick to making this look work is by using two shades of cool grey nail polish in contrasting textures. Madeline recommends Miracle Gel in Buffalo Nickel and Greyfitti. But really, any greys will work. In fact, any two shades of the same colour will work if grey is not for you.

This look also works beautifully when you swap the greys for maroons, reds, purples even pinks.
